Experimental test of lithium battery

In the battery performance and safety test, temperature data acquisition is an essential test item. In the traditional solution, the temperature measuring instrument is used, which has some pain points such as long sensor harness, huge line loss, low wiring efficiency, and high price. Zhiyuan Electronics provides a new solution for battery testing. The product can transmit data through WIF, RS-485 and CAN, and the system extension is flexible. The temperature collector supports the operating temperature of -40~85℃ to conduct nearby layout, which can effectively shorten the length of thermocouple harness and improve the testing efficiency.
